He specialises in celebrity management, live events, brand collaborations, influencer marketing, media relations, and entertainment production. Over the years, he has built a strong network within the entertainment industry, collaborating with renowned Bollywood celebrities, singers, and public figures to deliver impactful events, high-profile campaigns, and unforgettable audience experiences.

Recognised by Filmfare Middle East and the recipient of multiple industry awards, Ayman is known for his dedication, professionalism, and ability to create world-class entertainment experiences. His expertise, industry relationships, and commitment to excellence have established him as a respected name in the entertainment and events industry.

Hanif Shaikh, Founder & Chairman of Emirates Holding Group (EHG), is a renowned entrepreneur and global business leader with over 30 years of experience in luxury, fashion, international events, and strategic business development. He has organised 500+ international exhibitions and 200+ major events, and has received over 100 prestigious accolades — including the Pride of UAE and Excellence Awards — for his contributions to business, culture, and women's empowerment.

Under his leadership, EHG's affiliate network — including Rose Merc Limited, Fynzon, MOVe (Moda Orama Ventures), and Fynzon Properties LLC — spans the UAE and India, bridging commercial enterprise with high-profile cultural and business platforms. He is currently spearheading two flagship events, the Emirates Business & Real Estate Awards and the Emirates Luxury Show.
