Who we are
The Middle East Group (“TMEG”, “we”, “us”) is the trading name of Middle East Management FZ LLC, an entertainment and media group with its head office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Middle East Management FZ LLC is the data controller for the information you submit through this website. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your company or organisation and country, if you provide them;
- the type of enquiry you selected and the message you wrote;
- the IP address the submission came from, used to rate-limit automated abuse of the form.
We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity-document numbers or any other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send them to us in the enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the resulting conversation about an event, editorial coverage, a talent booking or a production. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not profile visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers and Google will see your IP address as part of serving that request. Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf and may set security-related headers. Nothing else on the site calls a third party. If we add analytics in future, this section will be updated before it goes live.
Who we share it with
Enquiries reach us by email and are handled by our own team. Our website and email are hosted by third-party service providers who process the data on our behalf and only for the purpose of delivering that service. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship it relates to, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. There is no charge for this.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use your judgement about what you include in a message to us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
